We want you to love every item from the Foot to the Floor shop. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we’ll make it easy to sort out.

Returns

You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

Please contact our support team before sending anything back so we can issue a return authorisation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless your item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, worn or damaged after delivery.

Gift cards or downloadable digital products.

Customised or made-to-order items (unless faulty).

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is defective in any way, please get in touch within 7 days of receipt. We’ll work quickly to arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Start a Return

Email us at tours@foottothefloor.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
